PMA’s long-standing, Excel-based five-year analysis tool has now upgraded to a new and exciting platform, Forecast5's 5Cast application.
Designed and built on a lightning fast in-memory data engine, 5Cast is a quantitative analysis and financial projection engine used to assist decision-making processes by building detailed data set models and running scenario comparisons. Similar to
PMA's FPP model, 5Cast is used for the development of a multi-year financial plan, “what-if” analysis and detailed budget/performance analysis. 5Cast also facilitates the budget preparation process by allowing users to utilize specific general ledger level of detailed data from accounting systems.
To visualize assumptions and results, 5Cast quickly generates Board-ready reports and allows users to publish stakeholder output directly to a public or internal site.
